Return Process

  Carefully place the heartbeat bear and all original accessories into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
