How do I record my baby's heartbeat onto the sound module?
Recording is simple! Use the provided heart-shaped recorder during your ultrasound appointment or at home with a fetal doppler. Just toggle the switch to 'R' for record, hold the button down while capturing the sound, and then switch it to 'P' for playback.
What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States, while international shipping varies by location.
Can I wash my Heartbeat Bear?
Our plush animals are made from high-quality, soft fabrics. To clean, we recommend surface washing with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Please ensure you remove the sound module before cleaning to avoid damaging the recording.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your keepsake. If you are not satisfied, you can return your unused item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and items must be in their original packaging.
What happens if the battery in the recorder dies?
Don't worry! Our recorders feature non-volatile memory, meaning the recording is saved even if the batteries are removed or die. The module uses three LR44 batteries which are easily replaceable.
